• Winemaker Wayne donaldson, who spent over a decade at one of the world's Most prestigious Champagne Houses, has created new Josh Cellars Prosecco, a refreshingly crisp, classic Italian DOC Prosecco from the Veneto region of northern Italy.
• The wine has refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit. You may smell scents of pear, green apples and citrus. In the mouth, the light effervescence provides a vibrant, racy texture.
• It is the perfect appertif, and great for pairing with almost any cuisine or celebration.
